The 8th grade girls played their final game of the year against Alva.
Coach Parent said, “We were only able to win by 2 in OT at Alva a week ago.  This time out we started a little sluggish offensively.  We let their length bother us in the first half but after halftime we looked like we got comfortable with our offense and pulled away for our final win. 37-20

Defensively we were solid.  I was very proud of how the girls played all season long.

The boys finished out the year with a rode game in Enid Thursday, and then last night at home with Alva.

Enid was a close game throughout but the boys suffered a loss 36-22. Coach Lutz said,  “my guys played hard but couldn’t find any scoring. Game was within 6 with 2 and a half left and Enid hit two big 3’s to take us out of it. Nate Collins was leading scorer with 7.

Alva was our best game of the season. Boys worked hard the whole game, defense was on point and players were focused. Final score was 41-30. Leading scorer was Devon Killscrow with 12. It has been a fun season and I’m glad I got to coach a talented group of guys.
