Last Friday, the scoreboard showed a final of 63-21 with Booker T. Washington winning, but that didn’t show the effort and heart the Wildcats showed in the second half scoring 21 unanswered points. A fumble return by Eli Wohl was the first td for the Wildcats followed by two offensive touchdowns in the 4th. The Wildcats will try to carry that momentum into their matchup this Friday at Bartlesville. The Bruins are 1-3 on the season and are coming off a loss 71-6 to Muskogee. The Wildcats will look for Sophmore QB Justin Andrews to continue to improve as he’s looked more comfortable in the pocket each game. His WR corp of Dalton Vogele, Daylan Hawkins, Drake Tapp, and Eli Wohl have been solid targets all season. If the Wildcats can win the turnover battle in this one, they should have a great opportunity to get the elusive first win on the road this season. If you can’t make the trip, you can hear the action on 101 Country KPNC or watch the online stream at with Jordan Woodruff and Scott Miller on the call. Pregame gets underway at 6:30.
